Is the festival all ages?+
Yes. Daylite Halloween Festival is an all-ages, family-friendly daytime event.
What time should I arrive?+
Doors open at 10AM. Arrive early to enjoy the full festival and avoid peak entry lines.
Is parking available?+
Limited free parking is available. Rideshare is strongly encouraged.
Will food and drinks be available?+
Yes. Enjoy international food options, quick bites, nonalcoholic drinks and a full bar for guests 21+ with valid ID.
How do I book a VIP table?+

Can I leave and re-enter the festival?+
No. Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the festival.
What items are prohibited?+
Weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages and any items deemed unsafe by festival security are prohibited.
Is the festival cashless?+
Yes. Daylite Halloween Festival is a cashless event.
What happens if it rains?+
The show must go on! The festival includes both indoor and outdoor experiences, with plenty of space to enjoy the event safely indoors.
Are tickets refundable?+
All ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable.
Is the venue accessible?+
Yes. The venue is fully accessible.
Is there a bag policy?+
Yes. Bags must be fanny-pack size or smaller and may not exceed 8.5 inches wide × 6 inches high × 6 inches deep.
Will tickets be available at the door?+
A limited number of tickets may be available at the door at a higher price. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance.
